Abandoned carts are a symptom of indecision and the human urge to test out the functionality of a website. Fortunately, anyone abandoning a cart in Thinkific has given you something valuable, their email address.
Here's how to run a retention campaign in Thinkific:
1. Segment your users in the Users Report.
2. If you're on a paid plan, select all of the users and email them with the Mass User Email tool (you can also select all and export the list to .csv which can be added to an email marketing tool like ConvertKit for a more advanced email notification for your students).
