How do I manage my online course reviews?

Course reviews are a way to gather feedback on your courses, and good reviews are also a great selling point for a course!


To allow reviews for your courses, go to Reviews in your admin dashboard. From here you can either 'Enable reviews for all', or choose specific courses using the checkboxes.


Once reviews have been enabled, students enrolled on that course will be able to submit a written review and rate it out of 5 stars. This option will be available from both their student dashboard and from within the course player.


When a review is submitted, it will appear under Newest Reviews on the Reviews page of your admin dashboard. Selecting See Reviews will take you to a list of all reviews for that course.


From here you can choose to approve individual, or all, reviews. Once approved, reviews appear on the course landing page, and the overall star rating will be shown on the course card.

You can also to select to 
Edit a review, which enables you to edit or delete it.


**Notice for sites using older themes**
If you are using a custom theme that was created before November 9th, 2015, your reviews will not appear automatically.  If you are stuck and upgrading to a newer Theme isn't a good option for you, shoot us an email at customers@thinkific.com and we will try and sort something out for you!
