Where to access the HTML Code of my Home Page

Hi Team,

I need to do some changes inside the html code of my home page, for eample: when I click in "View Course" I want to go to a landing page so each course will have a different landing page. When the user is in the landing page and they click in any content them they will be back to the dashboard where they have all the links to se the videos, pdfs etx.

I found inside Snippets folder => course_card   this code:

<div class="course-card__cta">

      <div class="row">

        <div class="col-md-12">

          <a href="{{ card.landing_page_url }}" class="btn btn-primary btn-block">{{ 'liquid.partials.course_card.link_landing_page' | translate }}</a>

        </div>

      </div>

</div>

The variable "card.landing_page_url" contain the URL for the courses but how about if I need to change each those links in particular? How those links can point to a different landing pages?

Regards,

Abel.

Hi Abel,

If you need to change where the View Course buttons link to then I'd suggest trying if statements to add in different links for each course card.

E.g. If card.name is "Course Name", use "URL".

Here's some documentation on how logic works in Liquid that should help you with that: https://help.shopify.com/themes/liquid/basics/operators

Thanks!

How do I add a link on the landing page to another site

Hi Keith!

You can use the custom link feature to add the link on your site's header. You can take a look at this article for more info: http://thinkific.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/216776-custom-links

Hope this helps!
